Airframe Ultra FAQ
Airframe Ultra is $9.74 until 19 November 2026, Windows only, six languages with no Chinese, no single-player mode, and no published bot support. A gamepad is recommended, the minimum is 6 GB RAM and a GTX 650, and new content is planned roughly quarterly.
Twelve questions that come up around Airframe Ultra, answered from the store page, the official announcements and Steam's public data. Where nothing public exists, the answer says so.

1. How much does it cost?
$9.74 during the launch discount, $12.99 afterwards. Steam's store page listed $12.99 with a 25% discount to $9.74 on 7 November 2026.
2. How long does the discount last?
14 days from launch. The 31 October devlog states it directly: "25% off for the first 14 days, so if you pick it up on launch, it'll be $9.74." Launch was 5 November, so the window closes 19 November 2026 — 11 days left as of today.
3. Is there a single-player mode?
No. Steam's category list contains Multi-player, PvP, online PvP, split-screen PvP, co-op, online co-op, split-screen co-op and Shared/Split Screen — and no Single-player row. The store's own first line calls it "an online, multiplayer combat racing game". The no single-player page covers the argument around this.
4. Are there bots?
Sources disagree, so check before you buy for this. One launch-week review says bots are available. Steam hub threads from the same week say there are none, and Steam's category list has no bot flag. The store page does not promise bots and no announcement mentions them.
5. How many players fit on split-screen?
Steam confirms the feature, not the number. Shared/Split Screen, Shared/Split Screen PvP and Shared/Split Screen Co-op are all listed; the player count per screen is not published. The multiplayer page lists every category one at a time.
6. Is there cross-platform play?
Not listed. Cross-platform multiplayer is not in Steam's category list for this app, and no announcement mentions it. Windows is the only platform with a build.
7. Does it have Chinese?
No. Steam lists six supported languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain) and Portuguese (Brazil). Chinese is not among them, in interface, audio or subtitles.
8. What are the system requirements?
Minimum: Windows 10 64-bit, Intel i3-3220 / AMD FX-4300, 6 GB RAM, GTX 650 / HD 7750 / Intel HD 630, DirectX 11, 1 GB storage, broadband.
Recommended: Windows 10/11 64-bit, Intel i5-6400 / Ryzen 3 1200, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1050 Ti / RX 560.
The system requirements page has both columns in full.
9. Do I need a controller?
Not required, strongly recommended. Steam lists Full controller support, Gamepad Recommended and Keyboard Only Option. The system requirements note reads "Gamepad highly recommended for optimal steering control" in both columns.
10. How do I learn the airbrake?
By practising it, because the game will not teach you — deliberately. From the 31 October devlog: "The airbrake is advanced tech… the team wants that to be a feature players discover and share among themselves." The airbrake page has a four-week drilling plan.
11. How many circuits are there?
A circuit is three rounds, not a track count. The release build's Circuit System runs three rounds that bank points across the whole event. How many distinct circuits shipped in 1.0 is not published; two track names appear in official text (Night Ride and Chasm), and the maps page covers the districts and what is confirmed.
12. Will there be more content?
Yes, on a stated cadence with no dates. The 3 November post says new content arrives "every quarter or so, until the game fills out all the crazy ideas we have in mind for the world", supported by weekly bug triage and monthly balance patches per the 31 October devlog.
Three more that come up
